The Chestnut Munia looks like a miniature Hooded Pitta. Glad to see that you were able to get some birds out of your hit list. Well done Edu. Mabuhay.

hi edu' this is easy to find bird' easy to approach and capture its image. but i really find it difficult to to expose the details. this is nice one.

Thank you, JP. But your list is more populated than mine.. an inspiration @gabs.. most probably after another "iron man challenge" Sir Rey, and that list is growing and growing thanks to those like you who go the extra mile (or hundred miles) to document all the species.

i like these birds it was a liitle cute birds.simple color but very cute,have you ever seen their nest?i asure you guys the nest they make was so very appreciatble if you have not seen yet,they are a good grass sculpture. but someside,i feel bad,beacuse they catch of some farmers and they sell in front of churh when fiesta.if you have Php10.00 you got these cute birds,some are in ther natural color,and some of them have color yellow,blue,red,green,the natural beauty of the color of their featrhes was fade because of the paint.
