A fellow birder once told me a backlit shot can be dramatic and just as beautiful as a well lit one.. Here is my attempt: Eurasian Tree Sparrow Camera: Nikon D90 Exposure: 0.005 sec (1/200) Aperture: f/5.6 Focal Length: 400 mm ISO Speed: 200 Handheld How did I do?

If you have a chance to go to UP try out the Guaiabero and Colasisi that are quite active now on a group of trees that are next to each other. I am sure you will enjoy it much more.
