I was sleeping in the car, trying to recover from waking up at 3:30am to get to Candaba, when I heard this bird calling very near me. I got up and was able to take some pictures of this Clamorous Reed-Warbler. Canon 5dmk2, 500mm, 1.4x, tripod, 1/320, f5.6, ISO 320 Canon 5dmk2, 500mm, 1.4x, tripod ,1/400, f5.6, ISO320

Thanks Clem, Ariel and Romy.
This bird was nice and close, a good break from shooting the goose which was kinda far.

I like the singing warbler. It should be called the red throat warbler. Beautiful orange red color. Well done Tonji. Mabuhay.

Thanks guys. The bird was quite near and the lighting was nice and soft. If only all bird encounters were so easy.
