I'd like to open this thread for those who are privileged to have resident birds, or who enjoy being visited by birds. This way, members who wish to go backyard birding can also have their own if they take notice of the plants and other things in the garden they are attracted to. Please feel free to post your garden visitors here. Olive Back Sunbird (male) ready to draw nectar from the Bitterwood or Quassia flowers. Sometimes the URL does not register properly. May I suggest that you do it all over again and use the preview of the thread first instead of the "Post Reply" so you will be able to see if everything is there. The OBS on the first picture has a very regal posture. Beautiful capture of this beautiful bird. Well done Lyds. Mabuhay.

Ate Lyds the string you put did not include the first part of the img command. It should be have no spaces between the first img and last /img. Nice pictures by the way.

What beautiful captures Telyds! -- now this is the thread for me! -- since almost all my bird shots are taken from my backyard and village vicinity... ok, let me dig up pics and post them here!

Wow wow, now I am thinking of getting a heliconia, et al and place these on our roof. Birding in the community- here in our small urban jungle community in Sta. Mesa, Manila I am trying to capture the birds to make a small photo album. So far, so good but too few kinds of birds here.
