Wow, manually focused and hand held 800 mm.... you and Plain Tina (she does the same with a 300 f4 IS + 2x) are human tripods!

Thanks guys. I had to shoot at Hi-ISO to get proper hand-holdable shots. I noticed in mos of my shots that HI-ISO can cause a loss of ultimate detail. Lesson learned: Shoot at HI-ISO only when absolutely necessary! :-)
