Been going through my previous sorties through the Mt. Province and saw this warbler capture that I got from Mt. Polis. Don't have any reference with me so didn't hazard a probable ID. A very blurred dorsal view if it's of any help.

Phylloscopus trivirgatus? There is a Benguet race yes?

Yes, confirmed. Romy has a good shot of this bird somewhere (don't know where exactly, but I found it in my DB).
Look for the Phils ranging trivirgatus to possibly being split in the next four or five years (whenever somebody finally gets enough information to look at the entire panoply of races now associated to the polytypic trivirgatus). In other words, this might become a future endemic depending on how things shake out when they review this species.
