Wow naman, I am enjoying the attention immensely. Thank you, thank you everyone. Ka Mastah Romy, that morning I was out to butterflywatch in VE. The breeze was cool and the butterflies were not basking yet, the sun has not touched the nectar blooms. The predators will always be there and will always be beholden to the larval community. I will always be loyal to them who give up their lives for the survival of another, and of course, to the Creator who made them- both of them. Here's another one for all of you in appreciation. Happy, very happy. telyds

Thank you Rey and Ka Felix. I forgot to say that this last one, with the head tilted, had a leaf over its beak that Neon magically removed (Salamat Neon). Other than that, all others were just enhanced or sharpened a bit using Fastone Image viewer. telyds

Thank you, Ape. Yeah, you missed Villa Escudero in your last visit. Don't forget the WKKF you took at the AmCem. I'm waiting. lyd

Amazing! They know if the visitor is a threat or not. If I go to VE, how do I know where to find these nice birds. Is there a guide? Or is there a map which would lead me to these nice birds? Hi Gabs, The staff of Villa Escudero have been trained to spot and report birds to their Boss, Ms. Carmela (perubukid in this forum). It is always guaranteed that you will see a lot of birds in VE. An overnight stay is highly recommended. lyd
