Went birding in UPD before going to work yesterday, but none of those in my hitlist showed up. Was already heading to the office frustrated when this guy showed up at point-blank range. Had to console myself with our less-favored friend. Brown Shrike (Lanius cristatus) UP Diliman, Quezon City, 18 November 2009 EOS 40D, EF 400/5.6 L, ISO 320, f/8, 1/50s, Manual Exposure, 190XB/393 Support, Full Frame

Thank you, guys. Neon, Edu: Yes, I also noticed the injury. It looks like it has already coped up.
