I was half expecting a snapshot of you and Wency curled up somewhere in the house, probably watching TV, while it pours cats and dogs outside. But then, what are birdnuts for?
Very pleasing shots, Plain Idol.... love the action and detail on the sunbirds and the excellent exposure and aesthetics of the egrets!

How convenient it is for you to go birding. I wish I could do the same. As expected the pictures are as good as ever. Well done Tina. Mabuhay.

Thank you IDOL Romy, Ely and Toto Edu: See the plant where the sunbirds are... plant that and you will have regular visits from them almost the whole day. It's called Chinese hat.

I like the water effects: drop of water on the head of the female, raindrops in the background, and the bird reflection in the pool of water with ripples!

Thank you KUYA Tonji & Sylvia. You guys should go to that creek in the afternoon - the light is really nice and there are more varieties of birds that perch in the trees near it.
I'm still after the common kingfisher though - it's always hiding!

Your great shots have become even better.

Thank you Nilo and Ding Ding, while you were away, canon made an offer that we just couldn't resist. The price was lower than the US price. I am really happy with it but it's way too heavy for me. Hopefully over time, I will get used to the weight... crossing my fingers ;D
