I was looking for a nice Brown Shrike photo to use as a header for an album. The album will be web based but I do have plans of printing a coffee table book type. This is the original image: Camera: Nikon D90 Exposure: 0.01 sec (1/100) Aperture: f/8.0 Focal Length: 400 mm Exposure: 0.00 ISO Speed: 250 Exposure Bias: 0 EV And this is my processed version; The general theme/background of the whole page is a gradient of dark gray at the top and transitions to blue (like the night sky) and this image will be at the header. Right now, the image is okay (for my taste) or should I look for another image? Thank you in advance!

Edu, the bird's pose is not very ideal for the panoramic framing, and the light area behind its back is a bit distracting. Do you have other candidate photos?

I think this is a stronger photo for your purpose, just crop appropriately.

Thank you for your patience and taking the time to wade through my photostream. I will give it a crop and then post the result later. Thank you again.
