Chinese Goshawk Nikon D300 + Nikkor 500mm F4 VR + TC14eII f7.1, 1/200, ISO800 birded my hd today and processed this photo with nikon capture nx2. still coming into grips with the program. I'm eagerly awaiting the raptor migrants as I've always been fascinated with birds of prey due to my past foray into falconry. Enjoy. ;D

It posed for you JP! Did it really? It's either looking at your tasty eye through the lens, or wondering what you're doing with a D300 (he probably looks better with a D3). ;D ;D
I really like the eye contact, great timing JP. Good luck, hope you two guys meet each other again this season.
