After watching the seals frolic in the Sun during winter in Cape Town, South Africa I saw this man make a living with his seal that he has lived with for 15 years. He lets children sit on the back of the seal and have photographs taken. Here he has a fish between his teeth and the seal would bite it off his mouth from the other end. 5DM2, EF 70-200mm F2.8 IS L Lens with Canon Extender 2X II. Handheld ISO 800, 1/400, f11

for a second I thought that was a bear. I've never seen a seal with that kind of coat ;D

Thank you Bobby, Ariel, & Jun. I know the skin is usually smooth but this one has got hair all over him. Maybe because its old? Its hard to imagine to bite one end of a fish just to feed the seal. I guess both are enjoying it because they have been doing this for years.
