I have been doing my processing one picture at a time. Its such a time consuming task to shift thru all the pictures, choose, then process. This bird was part of a flock of three birds we saw on the second day of our birding. On the first day we saw a big flock of six. I guess they like to move together. I always like taking photos of Malkohas since they all have such interesting faces and colors. You guys must give us some of those magnetic powers you have. Anyway, this is beautiful capture Tonjie. This bird is one of the reasons why I went there. I also think that they have interesting facial expressions, sometimes they even look so comical.

How nice that you were able to come across so many of them at one time. I am looking forward to see Sylvia posting the pictures she took. I thought it was ladies first. Heh heh heh. Good shot of the Chestnut-breasted Malkoha. Well done Tonji. Mabuhay.

Thanks for nice comments Rey, William, Ely, Elvin, Toto and Neon. Rey- I guess somedays we all see more birds than other days hehe. But its never really enough is it? Strangely though I thought there were even more birds in Puerto Princessa/ Sabang. Maybe there will be more in December. Ely- Actually Sylvia took many more pics than I did, at least double, since I was struggling with manual focus and lugging the tripod around. She has not processed them yet because she is doing other things.
