Blue mutation of Colasisi, existing?

Dear folks, I received a news from a friend who is a member of Higaonon tribe that he saw a blue colasisi, I just laugh at his shared info because I didn't have any encounters with this color. I thought he drunk too much green piriko, a local maliorca, thats why green turned to blue. But as I took his sightings seriously, I stumbled upon a report from the internet (though not that reliable) that there were records already. Just in case you want to pursue this for a lens-tooting expedition...

The blue mutation is always a recessive mutation. Not only are they very attractive and common in parrot species but they are also one of the most useful mutations for combining with other mutations.
