A pair of endemic LovebirdsThese birds-in-love kept pecking each other for many minutes, making me wonder if that day was avian Valentine's Day. Got some HD video of this couple too. I'd give an arm and a leg to be able to move to the right a bit, so the blown sky will be out of the frame. Unfortunately, the leaves at the lower right corner were blocking the view. ;D White-eared Brown-dove (Phapitreron leucotis, a Philippine endemic) Photographed by Romy Ocon at the Tarlac Eco-Tourism Park, Lubigan, San Jose, Tarlac on July 21, 2009 5D2 + 500 f4 IS + 1.4x TC, f/7.1, 1/200 sec, ISO 640, bean bag [/quote]

The PDA (public display of affection) made this photo my favorite from the Tarlac sortie, despite the technical flaws of the background and foreground at the right edge. ;D

This picture reminds me of what it was when you are young and in love. You don't see old people doing this PDA. Well done Romy. Congratulations.
