I missed processing this shot before, good that I'm going over old shots now looking for unprocessed/unposted captures like this to practice aRGB on. I believe JP was with me during this sortie. ;D Balicassiao ( Dicrurus balicassius, a Philippine endemic) 40D + 500 f4 L IS + Canon 1.4x TC, f/5.6, ISO 800, 1/60 sec, 475B/3421 support, near full frame, processed in aRGB before conversion to sRGB.

Beautiful Mastah Romy. The iridescent blue came out which is very hard to do. Loving the superb eye contact too and the lovely pose.

Wow Mastah! Awesome shot. The noisy bird is beautiful after all. Dreamy bokeh. Nice crop. I have to learn all. telyd
PS. Reading the heading, I thought it is a barbecued bird. I'm glad it isn't. Incidentally, CHICKEN ATI-ATIHAN, the home of delicious chicken inasal and lots of other very cheap but delicious food is now open in Scout Gandia. Owner is active WBCP member Melanie Tan. Maybe I should put this in announcement?

Thanks, for the comments folks! Incidentally, CHICKEN ATI-ATIHAN, the home of delicious chicken inasal and lots of other very cheap but delicious food is now open in Scout Gandia. Owner is active WBCP member Melanie Tan. Maybe I should put this in announcement? TeLyds, I'm crazy about inasal myself. When I visited Bacolod, I made it a point to eat first at the manukan place before anything else. You may post Melanie's place at the announcement board.

Very nice Romy, I like the gentle look of this bird. The iridescent blue green color feather colors are nicely shown.
