This is my first post after a hiatus of more than a month. Really miss birding a lot. This is a capture from the back of our parking building. Saw a lot of these fellows feasting in a tree with lots of ripe berries. Yellow Vented Bulbul, Quezon City, June 23, 2009 EOS 50D + EF500mm, f4.5, 1/400, ISO 400, Manual Exposure, Handheld

Thanks a lot Edu, Tonji & Sylvia, Neon and Toto. Sylvia RamosYou should see the backyard bird photos of Mastah Romy. They're the sharpest and most detailed images you'll ever see. Ordinary birds becomes extra ordinary because of the mastahful way they were captured.

This bird is so lovely when shot at the back. We used to call these poses "talikodgenic"
