It's ironic but yes, I have never seen a blue jay . Maybe I need a trip down to Point Pelee Nat'l Park to see them. VC is the most hated man here in Toronto and too bad the Kings did not win the #1 pick in the NBA lottery. I like them during J Williams, C Webber, D Christie and M Bibby era. They are fun to watch. Thanks Bob and Teddy for looking. Cheers

The blue jays are not doing well anyways (and so is my team the Maple Leafs) Anyhow.. I just love looking at blue jays and cardinals, to me they are like royalty with the "crown" on top of their heads and all. These are nice pictures edicon, thanks for sharing.

Beautiful pics Conrad! Was the (female?) Cardinal closing one eye or is there something wrong with its eye? The names of these North American birds are SO familiar, it's nice to see pictures of the actual birds.

Thanks for looking Ed but I have to disagree with the Blue Jays. They have a very good overall record so far except with the just concluded series with the Red Sox where they were swept in the series . Good luck to your maple leafs in the next season. Hopefully they can get a better player in the draft or trade.

Sylvia, I didn't notice the closing eye but you're probably correct, there might be something wrong with it. I checked the other pics and they're all closing. Here's another one.

off topic: I was actually wishing for the maple leafs to finish last so they would get first pick Back to topic: Don't worry, I'm sure you will get your chance on a Blue Jay
