Was out on the deck this morning watching every flock in the hopes that the starlings would arrive. Even had the cellphone handy so I can call Neon if they come. But not so lucky. Lucky enough to be entertained by a little Arctic Warbler, though. Always thought these little flitting dynamos just did two stacatto chirps. Never realized they could sing. Now I know why they're called warblers. You'd almost imagine this one doing a Luciano Pavarotti in the middle of the high note of O Sole Mio! I whole afternoon at Ding's areas and no luck on the chestnut cheeked Startling#$@^^&&. Nice shot, Ding but no sound Ding.
