I visited Mt. Makiling today.... not too many birds, save for a couple of Handsome Sunbirds that were feeding at a flowering vine. Handsome Sunbird ( Aethopyga bella, male) 40D + 500 f4 L IS + Canon 1.4x TC, 700 mm, f5.6, ISO 800, 1/160 sec, manual exposure in available light, 475B tripod/3421 gimbal head:

Wow... I dont know how you do it, but you always do it, absolutely beautiful shot. Amazing shot at ISO 800, this Canon 40D is incredible controling noise at high ISO.
