Went back to Trece Martires this morning, this time with reinforcements...Neon (Nice to finally meet you sir ;D). Although we spotted the Drongo again, we still couldn't get a decent picture. So we waited....and waited....and went CRAZY!!! Still no Drongo Bullet day (Balang araw),we hope to finally catch this elusive bird. Here are some of my catches today... Ok, guys, here's the forum police! You are in grave violation of not posting shooting details.
Basically, I'm just too lazy to check out your EXIFs and the KG for the names of those birds.
Hey, Martin, can't you coax that egret to get on top of the carabao? I've always wanted to get that classic egret-on-carabao picture myself but, although it should be a fairly common scene, I've so far failed.
The coucal, mynah, and pipits are classics! I'd recommend you get yourself a good noise-reduction software to remove the grain from the wonderfully gradient backgrounds. Still, excellent shots.
Neon, I can see you got a much better shot of the PCD this time. And that flying raptor's really happening!

Yaaah! And you even got it in Breeding Plumage! No, really, you didn't show the entire carabao. You sure this is not a Photoshop trick? Hey, Martin, can't you coax that egret to get on top of the carabao? I've always wanted to get that classic egret-on-carabao picture myself but, although it should be a fairly common scene, I've so far failed. Hi Ding, Is this the one you are looking for? ;D
