That's Staff Sgt. Kristi Machado. She's an aerial photographer for the U.S. Air Force, she usually travels with the USAF's Thunderbirds.
If I get lucky, I can see her this coming weekend's airshow here in Sacramento.
By the way, her gears are government issued. In other words ... tax money! (I wish I can borrow it for a few shots, hehehe)
