These are touching photographs. Buboy Francisco (photographer and founder of the U.P. Mountaineers) and I have been given permission by the Angat Dam management to establish a birding ecotourism enterprise for the Dumagats of the site and vicinity. We should have started working on the project last December; I plan to at least initiate the project within the first week of March this year. If you are interested, you would most certainly be welcome to join us.
