finally got to go out for a day of birding with friends and weather was perfect... (almost) and while JP was enjoying the waters with his garganey swarm..... ;D went out to practice some BIFs on overcast skies whiskered tern, candaba nikon d200 + nikkor 80-400VR @ 330mm iso800 aperture priority f8 (1/1000s)

thanks guys! hope i get to have a similar pic from my f5. shot 2 rolls of fujiicolor proplus II 100 36's and had a blast going full wide 17mm and switching lens to 400. am really glad to be back birding!
