Behaves like a woodpecker or nuthatch. A bill like a hummer (sorry, can't think anything else right now). A body similar to finches and sparrows. As small as warblers.
Another low-light, wide open, slow shutter speed, high ISO, and manually focused capture Jonathan. Good job.
The light and not so budy BG of #1 made the shot.

Thanks Ted, Bob! Wish the focus wasn't on the tree.. Still getting a hang of focusing in certain conditions.. it's difficult sometimes to switch from eyeing the target, then peeping back, then eyeing the target again esp when it is very busy doing its business.
