Learning that San Juan (Batangas) is but a few minutes detour from Quezon National Park on my way home to Metro Manila, I spent yesterday's afternoon in this coastal area of mangroves and fishponds. When it comes to BIFs, I'm madly in love with my ancient 1DM2's AF - terrestial BG, a fast flyer tiny in the frame, fire a burst of 4, get 4 in-focus shots..... ;D Asian Golden-Plover ( Pluvialis fulva) San Juan, Batangas, November 17, 2008 1DM2 + 500 f4 IS + Canon 1.4x TC, 1/1600 sec, ISO 400, f/7.1, manual exposure, 475B/3421 support, burst of 4 shots

It's in the hands of the Mastah ... what else can I say ? ;D
Do they all have the same exif info? I'm looking at the time of capture.

The EXIF times may appear the same if the burst was at 8.3 fps (with 4 shots taking less than 1/2 second in total duration), and the first shot was taken in the early part of the particular second.

Oh bother! I'm currently processing an image, and I have ViewNX and CaptureNX open, and they display a fraction of a second. And while viewing your wonderful images, I opened Opanda to learn from the settings (I dunno, just a habit), and noticed they have the same time. Not paying attention that it's not showing the fraction of a second. Learned something new. ;D

Beautiful set Mastah, the first one is the one that I like the most. 1DM2 really rocks in the hands of a master BIF shooter.

I agree with Tukayo. ;D
Anyway, any camera in the hands of the Mastah would always give out execellent results.

I think the Mastah will be buying the MKIII soon. Maybe he'll be selling this unit 'coz having two pro bodies is just not practical. Who knows, baka matiempohan pa tayo. ;_)

Already reserved one, Ted.... that's why I started eating instant noodles for breakfast, lunch and dinner a couple of months ago to help pay the monthly credit card bills. I'm trying to convince the domestic boss to part with one of her kidneys (both of mine were gone to fund the Sigmonster and 500 f4, I'm on permanent dialysis) so I can also buy the 800 5.6 IS, but she's still unconvinced..... I guess I've to work more on my negotiation skills. ;D

By the way, those instant noodles pack a lot of sodium. Umm wait, if you no longer have kidneys, you won't have kidney stones any more, right? Scratch that then.
