Visited Candaba again this afternoon.... no exotics seen, as I've to leave early because of rains. Got close to a few regulars before the showers arrived and here's the first I processed. ;D Long-tailed Shrike ( Lanius schach) CANDABA WETLANDS, PAMPANGA, October 30, 2008 40D + 500 f4 L IS + Canon 1.4x TC, 700 mm, f/7.1, ISO 200, 1/320 sec, manual exposure in available light, bean bag, uncropped full frame, resized

PIXELicious! Yummy!
Isn't it satisfying when no pixels are being thrown out and wasted? ;D
Good job Romy. Maybe the shrike just want to say bye before you leave.

Another set of pixel-sharp photos from the Mastah.
It's just so nice when you don't need to crop your shots -- what you see is what you get (WYSIWYG). ;D

Nice shot with great details. Hope to visit this place next June when I go back for Holiday. Maybe not a good timing because of typhoon season.
