Hello All Just had my 21st birthday went away for the weekend with my family and my girlfriends family had amazing time (my girlfriend got me a tamron 2x teleconverter) so i wanted to try it out this weekend but it rained all weekend damn it! never mind not much you can do about the weather! So today nice blue sky so i through i take out the 2x teleconverter and abuse it! i get to where i wanted to go and it became dark and cloudy!!! GRRRRR but i still used it anyway shooting at 1600iso so photos are grainy! Anyway enough talking time to show photos! bird is a silvereye Zosterops lateralis photos ant the best detail is lacking abit to!

Wow!! Looks like the Tamron 2x TC is a good teleconverter, the IQ is still superb!! What camera and lens did you use?

Hello thanks for the comment! my kit hahaha cheap! I have a nikon D50 with a nikkor 70-210 f4-5.6 and a nikon 70-300mm 4-5.6 not the best of lenses but i guess every lens can be good if you find its sweet spot!

Agree with Neon, Bob and Ding! IQ is excellent and nice exposure job! Thanks for the comment! I think the IQ could be alot better! also lighting was hard as it was a very dark day, i was shooting at 1600iso
