1 Always a pleasure to see images from your part of this world Ray. They're all beautiful. Is there a storm or a blizzard when you took that picture? I hope you're inside a blind for some minimal protection.

thanks Ted., just really cold weather (3F), 25 mph winds, light shoes, socks, pants, vest, and winter coat, sock on one hand, ratty glove on the other, and a tuke on my head that is suited for someone half my size... and a 1 mile trek out to see this bird., I was a bit cold when I got back, but no frostbite thankfully!
I have sold a few prints of this scene.

p.s. How did I achieve the distinction of being a Cebu flower Pecker??? Ha! I guess it's based on the number of your posts in the forum. There's no doubt that you can't sell prints of that. I'm done with snow storms and blizzards. Memories of winter in the east coast were nice though ... freezing rain, wet snow, etc. walking through the streets of downtown Manhattan and Jersey. If I want to see snow from where I am right now, it's just a two-hour drive to the slopes of Sierra-Nevada. Attention Eric P.: be prepared, work out now, you need those muscles shoveling the driveway of snow, hahaha.
