This was taken in the middle of the city called Burnaby. This particular area is called Burnaby Lake park. It's fairly big place. You'll see a lot of mallards, Canadian geese, red waxwings, swallows, pigeons, raptors, even eagles. Good job on that Spotted Towhee (Pipilo Maculatus).
I have one too, but not as clear and sharp as yours. I have to crop it heavily. If I have time, I'll process it.
