Wow.... those are many tons of birds in the air! Yes Romy, they were tons. I'm not quite sure how to shoot it. Maybe you and the others have some suggestions. If I used my 70-200 then I lose the composition of size. On the other hand if I use my 17-85 then I lose details. I didn't know how to frame my shots so I just wing (pardon the pun) it. Good catch Jun. They must be on their way to south america via California! Yea Ted, be ready. They're coming your way.

Wow, lots of birds indeed. Was the hunter shooting these geese? I'm not quite sure kasi he's aim is horizontal toward the sea. He wasn't aiming overhead where the snowgeese are flying over.
