How long does it take for the photo to finish downloading? In my case, some of the large photos are taking more than 30 seconds to load ... What broadband ISP are you guys using please? I have to downsize my photos to Flickr to get a decent upload time, however I'm only paying Php 990.00 for my Internet Connection with a phone line.

What? What plan are you using Tina? Is that the one where you pay for a separate phone line?

I'm using plan Wency ;D HehHEhHEheE kidding aside, will have to ask Wency kasi he takes care of the bill.
Yes, this one has it's own phone line but you can use the phone even if you are using the internet.
Hmmmm went to the pldt mydsl website and if I'm not mistaken this is the Xcel plan (residential)

I got it - this forum's server "grabs" a photo from my account at Flickr. The photo at Flickr has to be downsized when I upload it or it will take forever. I can still link '"Large" Photos here, and not worry about bandwidth yet pala. :-)

Hi Bobby,
The photos take just a few seconds with my Globe Mobile Broadband. Excellent shots BTW, I'm an addict for detail!... ;D

Mine takes less than five seconds. Usually 2.
Downloading is also a factor of the photo website's (flickr?) traffic and capacity as well as our own board.
I use Smartbro wireless. Surprisingly, my wireless internet turned out much faster than my old Digitel broadband. The wired Digitel's cables kept getting stolen so I took a chance on the wireless. The installer found that the Smart antenna is on a hill directly facing my house (which is also on the side of a hill), hence the fast connection.
