When Master Romy said that there was a regular roosting tree for this owl I didn't waist time to head to Makiling and search for it. You know it pays to ask local people where the man with the bazooka was standing yesterday?, "Ah, Si Romy Ocon!!, There" Wooohooo!! With a cooperative subject I was able to play around with my camera settings and equipment swaps.

Stacked TC's and 4 second exposures, unbelievable, maybe a taxidermist is trying out his work on that tree. Actually, if I didn't see it blink in one of your captures, I won't believe it's alive.

He he he. Thanks Guys!! I don't know why it was that long when the other shots were slower than 1.6 sec. I've noticed that at a certain aperture, while using live view, the exposure remains the same. I don't know if I pressed something in the setting to make it this way???
