Plovers of Olango Island, Cebu Province

I was able to process some photos taken in our past trip to Olango Island Wildlife Sanctuary (OIWS) after several weeks of absence. Below are some photos of plovers taken in the sanctuary.

A guide to plovers even in this relatively small area would be nice but a definitive ID can be a challenge particularly for individual bird shots in unfavorable angles/pose.

Great set Nilo! Kentish are now assuming breeding plumage really nice. Yeah Will be back soon in Olango....
