Regarding my last trip to Olango, here are the rest of the species. First of all I was quite happy to see Mr Ruddy Turnstone again, I have always been fascinated by its appearance and habit. I was though surprised to see it on the water and not on the shore.
Ruddy Turnstone (Arenaria interpes) Common Migrant, Olango Philippines

Great Knot (Calidris tenuirostris) non-breeding, rare to uncommon migrant, Olango Is. Philippines. Also fascinating in appearance to me.

A possible chinese egret Egretta eulophotes, non breeding. with the bicolored long slender bill and greenish leg unfortunately the legs were under the water.

The ever present Whiskered Tern (Chlidonias hybridus0 Common Migrant, Olando Is. Philippines

Other species seen were the common redshank, little curlew, and a still unIDed tern which I might post once id is available.
I will be back in cebu this weekend so hopefully I will see some more.
