I have always thought that Pied Trillers are great looking birds. I like how neat and clean they look. They are also fun to watch because they are constantly hopping around from branch to branch picking up caterpillars. I am also especially fond of this particular Pied Triller because its nest is on our street! Thanks for spotting it Tonji! That is really convenient for you to keep track of the bird. Its always nice to watch, study, and photo birds when they have new hatchlings. Keep up the good work Sylvia. Mabuhay.

Love the details and colors, Sylvia. Now, you have an excellent opportunity to video-document the upcoming young Trillers!

Trillers are really very cool looking birds. My wife calls them the "moccha cake bird" because of the color.
Both shots are incredible but I like the first one more. Thanks for sharing Ms. Sylvia!

Awesome shots, Sylvia, especially the one at the nest. Like the others, I'm looking forward to "progress" photos (and video) of the upcoming brood.

Thank you Ely, Mark, Romy, Edu, Raymon, Glenn and Bob! I hope we can take more pics and video without disturbing the nest. I'm actually hoping Tonji will be the one to do the video, he enjoys making videos. Thanks again guys!

Very nice capture Sylvia! The deep black color and contrast of the first image blend well with the BG, and very clean as well. Very good composition on the second.

Nice shots Sylvia! How lucky of you to have this pair of nesting Pied Trillers just down the street where you live! Good job! Will be awaiting Tonji's video...
