Hi April, try to PM Tonji/Sylvia, Rey, Bong, Ely or Tina.... these folks are the ones who had been there. They might not notice your thread plus we'd not encourage public posting of such details, so PM is best.

My favorite place to stay in Busuanga is Sea Dive. Food is decent and varied. The restaurant is by the water so its really nice. You get wifi there so thats also very cool. Brewed coffee is free. Breakfast is pretty good as well. I've seen quite a few of the resorts, Sea Dive is really the best place. There is a french restaurant in town maybe 100 meters from Sea Dive. Its called Coron Bistro. Hands down the most decent food in Coron town. We ended up eating there everyday on all our trips. I suggest you eat here. There is a bird guide you need to use for photography if you have never been to Coron, Busuanga. PM me if you need a guide and I will send you his number. After a tiring day of birding the hot springs is a great way to relax. I usually never go to hot springs as I find it strange to sit in hot water. Haha. But after trying the hot springs, I would recommend it a lot. There are Rufus Night Herons, White Collar Kingfisher, and even some pittas in the area. Take time away from birding to visit Coron Island. The resorts and food are all in Coron-town, Busuanga Island. Coron Island is across Busuanga Island. The view is fantastic. Visit the lakes. Rent some fins and masks, its really nice. You will see birds there as well but its a hassle to carry your gear in the banca to Coron Island. It might get wet. Lot of white vented shamas, different sunbirds, leaf birds in the lake areas. Along the shoreline look for kingfishers. We saw a pair of stork billed kingfishers that were so close but we did not have our birding gear. I think I tried to take them with the camera in my phone. Hehe. PM me if you want more info.
