WOw great images Ely, just surprise to see the still great IQ and noise control even at iso 1600!! Thank you Doc. The 5DM2 in my opinion is good with ISO up to 3200. At 6400 there are noises.

Now I know why we are called by some groups as Bird Voyeurs - folks who get their kicks watching birds make-out. ;D

great series shots. it would be fun photo shoot too later when they feed the chicks/fledging. These Java are so spic and span tidy. I used to have long time ago as caged pets.

You are right but the nest is being built inside a hole and we might not be able to see the fledglings if any.
