The task of documenting our birds in habitat might be as daunting as the challenge faced by King Leonidas and his 300 Spartans at Thermopylae in facing the invading Persian horde. But this endeavor is extremely fun, with the number of local birdnuts growing steadily. BTW, I love the colors and "PP" work of the recent "300" movie. ;D He-he. When we installed our just-delivered LCD TV in the bedroom, I happened to put on a movie I never saw before: 300. Spent a heck of a long time trying to adjust the colors and could never get those skin tones and foliage right. Only realized it was a futile exercise after I put on another movie. |

Ahoo! Ahoo! I think I have several more to add to the catalog, just don't have time and knowhow to upload them. I have Mantanani Scops Owl, Great-Billed Heron, Grey Imperial Pigeon, Copper-Throated Sunbird and some unknowns that are not in the catalog. I also have an Oriental Dwarf Kingfisher that I'm not sure is in catalog already. I will have to really sit down and try to learn this process as soon as I have time.
