Well, I guess I spoke too soon, but maybe not... The tern flock is not as numerous as they were before - I saw maybe less than 20 of them this time. There used to be at least more than 50 of them, maybe more. Also, the Brahminy Kite came along, much to our delight. Anyway, the terns are once again fishing, and I got this interesting shot showing the protective membrane that covers their eyes when they catch prey.
