Got this BIF a few days ago over my mother's backyard at Bacnotan, La Union, which is very near the seashore. There was a mixed flock of these birds and barn swallows hawking for flying insects over flowering mango trees in the afternoon. To my eyes, it's noticeably larger than the Pygmy Swiftlet which I captured recently.
My best guess is a House Swift (Apus affinis) because of the size, and whitish throat/flanks. Too bad, this heavily cropped shot is the only one I got. To Des and other experts, do we have enough info on the photo to nail the ID?
