I kept hearing that call in the background that sounds like a Collared Kingfisher but with an ascending pattern. I couldn't find any record of that same call. Please help.
This was in Sinsin, Cebu. March 27th, 2014. Taken in the afternoon around 3.

Thanks sir! I can't believe I missed that. I will have to go back and get views and photos if I get lucky. I still heard them the second time I went there for crimson sunbirds.
