superb shooting both Romy and Rey despite the above mention conditions. Yes I do believe I can see our tripods from the birds corneal reflections from the masters pic.

Here's my version of todays RBP sortie. he he he.. 40D + 300 mm + 1.4x Kenko TC, f 5.6, 1.6 sec, ISO 200, Manual Exposure/Focus, Manfrotto 055PROB, 393 Gimbal Head, Remote Switch, Live view, Raw Capture, lots of mosquito bites.. The bird has one missing toe!!

Very nice all of the photos. I particularly like the last one with the bird quizzically looking towards whatever Romy was doing at the time. A nice detail of the two lateral head stripes coming up from the lores is evidenced.
