Awesome pictures prof Tirso !!! It's always nice to look at your "harvests" coz you always take such wonderful photos. Thanks a lot Tina. Most of the pics were captures from what you call "dude birding". Best regards.

There is some thing, too, that we can learn on birds' behavior....like the female Olive-backed Sunbird seemingly piercing the flower at the lower portion to get the nectar, because its beak was not long enough. Thank you, Prof. Tirso, for the "lesson" via your fantastic photos. Thank you Sir! That's an interesting observation which I did not notice before.

Very good set here Prof. Tirso. The Buff-banded and Little-ringed Plover are my fav. Thank you very much Nilo. Hope to visit with you in Cebu sometime.

Great set, Prof. Tirso. The Little-ringed Plover is my fave. Thanks Mark. I shot it inadvertently in jpeg so my exif does not show the subject distance. However, I'm quite sure it was around 10 meters or so.
