I am starting to reprocess some of the pictures using the ACR method instead of the S&H that I used to do before. I have to do this all over again because my monitor was not properly calibrated when I processed the pictures before. I believe that this new process is simpler and more pleasing to the eye. Please critique.

Excellent PP work, Ely! Lovely colors, pose, eye contact, comp and details.
In a perfect world, I'd wish for the OOF branchlets and highlights to be out of the way, but we're shooting in-habitat and we can only capture the best of what's available.

I agree with you but believe me if I can get the bird processed right for now, I am satisfied. I will continue to process some more birds until I get the confidence that I am doing it right. Maybe when the day comes that we prepare the perch the way they do it in the States than we will have our perfect world. Thank you for the critique Romy.
