I'm starting to build a Species Video List that will contain representative footage (at 30 sec per video) of all Philippine wild birds I was able to film in habitat. Many of the clips are only of documentary quality, and the originally captured audio was used. As of my latest updated accounting, I have actually filmed a total of 95 species already, including 22 endemics. Here's the first one I posted to my Species Video list. The raptor was so far that atmospheric distortions are very evident. Philippine Hawk-Eagle ( Spizaetus philippensis, a Philippine endemic, immature) Habitat - Uncommon in forest from the lowlands to over 1900 m. Shooting Info - Elev. 975 m ASL, Bessang Pass, Cervantes, Ilocos Sur, January 28, 2010, 7D + 500 f4 IS + stacked Canon/Sigma 2x TCs, 2000 mm, f22, ISO 400, 160 sec, bean bag, manual exposure in available light Capture resolution - 1080/29.97p
