Hey guys, I just thought maybe we should have a place for the faces behind the cameras, so I'm starting this one! Bear in mind that this is the DIGITAL ART section, so please add some effects to your shots :-) Medium Photos; I'll start:

Hehe knowing these guys will not post their photos because they might be overexposed. I beg the indulgnece of the thread starter to allow me to post their photos, my favorite Birdnuts. Yes this youthful looking Birdnut is a bonafide Scientist from UPD, particluarly a Physicist but his main calling is the Keeper of Hardin ng Rosas in UPD. ;D Snapfinger (Doc Mando) This next Birdnut is known as RD Nabong in our forum. An IT Techie, handles the MIS Department of one of the Top 100 corporations in the country. He's not been active for the past few months but I'm looking forward to his comeback armed with a new long lens that is one of the best birding if not the best so far, the 500 F4. Bong in full battle gear.

Nilo A. and I at Makiling in mid-2004. Nilo was shooting a film camera and I had a 300D + Bigma (which eventually became Nilo's). Note the super extended center column of my tripod, I didn't know much about proper support techniques then.

Ahhh, memories. That's what's so captivating about a photo I guess. Unlike video, a photograph allows us to add more to the photo in our mind's eye. We try harder to remember the moment as we experienced it and felt it at that time. A video, on the other hand, somehow makes these memories so REAL, and leave no room for our aging recollections to add spice to the event. :-)
