Agree with Plain Tina - fantastic photo!
But even more fantastic is the degree of difficulty of the shot, which I witnessed personally. JP had to change into a wetsuit, get into the floating blind, brave the murky pond waters, then inch by inch approach the ducks with the speed of molasses flowing along an almost level surface.
I'd give the amazing photo 5 stars , and the photographer 7 stars for bravery and sheer madness in attempting and getting the shot. ;D ;D ;D

I'm running out of superlative comments on your eye-level shots, JP. Did you have to use a radio again so that someone can steer you to your target? Here's a recommendation: Why not put a periscope on your blind?

good suggestion ding! guess what?! went to candaba today, the moment i brought out the blind, the ducks immediately flew away - i think they've made it out already. time to use the new one

The new one? You have a new one? Let me guess: Mossy Oak Brush Pattern, Motorized Navigation, Periscope... good suggestion ding! guess what?! went to candaba today, the moment i brought out the blind, the ducks immediately flew away - i think they've made it out already. time to use the new one
