Hi, my forum name was taken from an Ilocano word for sparrows. I choose this instead of keeping my common forum name "Super_ed" as I embark on this adventurous genre of photography. I've couple of sets related to feathered creatures - (please absolve my novice photos) In Search of EgretsSalsallapingaoHopefully by joining you guys, I can learn more about this field and finally have my own birding system soon. Salamat po. /bt

Welcome to the forums, Mon..... from a fellow Ilokoslovakian. Some Ilokoslovakian terms for the benefit of the gang: billit - bird tuleng - deaf billit tuleng - Chestnut Munia billit tsina - Scaly-breasted Munia (working from memory, I might have interchanged the two munias ) salsallapingao - swifts or swallows Romy

Thanks guys especially Sir Romy for the warm welcome! I've just read Sir Romy's PM today about a "hunter" and this encourages me more to be part of this noble passion of birding. I hope to join you soon!
