Hi, I am from Scotland, U.K. I have been to the P.I. a few times, Mindoro, Masbate, Cebu, and of course Luzon main Island. I am interested in birdlife there, I have had a big love of birds most of my life. I have searched the national bookstores for good books on native Philippine birds, but with no success. Hopefully I can find good info here.
Regards, Tommy.

Hi Tommy,
If you google search Field Guide on Philippine Birds by Kennedy, you will find one or two copies of the book on sale in UK. It is sold out here in the Philippines. Lydia

Hi everyone, I'm new here and I'm just starting to go places/islands in our country and bird watching and/or photography is really one of interesting sidelines. By the way, any idea on where to buy a good binocular here in Manila? Thanks, Tagwatit

The cheapest binoculars are also sold at the photo supply Mecca (Hidalgo St., Quiapo), as far as I know.
